Reciprocating Cutters Type 1S and 1SBC (Blanced Crank)

Reciprocating Cutters are mainly used in the production of cigar and pipe tobacco, where a larger cutting width is required. Replaced by the GTC 400/600 cutter.

MM3/SSM (Millicutter Minor)

The MM3/SSM Millicutter Minor was manufactured by Robert Legg and AMF Legg in fixed and variable speed versions to cover a wide performance range.

MM4 Millicutter

The MM4 Millicutter was developed by AMF Legg and GBE Legg and incorporates some elements of the RC4 cutter in terms of the arrangement of the band blades and the same number of blade stations. It was specifically designed for low volume applications.

S400/600

The S400/600 cutters are the latest developments in electronic control in the early 1990s. They were manufactured by GBE Legg and GBE Tobacco and replaced by the RC5/6 cutters.

RC3 (Millicutter Major)

The RC3 Millicutter Major was developed by Robert Legg and AMF Legg and is a highly mechanical cutter with a 9-knife drum. It was replaced by the RC4.

RC4

The RC4 cutter was the first step towards a machine with a larger capacity. The RC4 has been manufactured by AMF Legg, GBE Legg, GBE Tobacco, Dickinson Legg and Garbuio Dickinson since 1970. Dual Drive Upgrade Kits are available for electronic control of the tobacco cutting width.

RC5/6

With the RC5/6 cutters, the cutting width of the tobacco can be selected variably.

Garbuio GTC 400/600

The GTC is a compact 1-2 knife cutter and was primarily designed for the use of products with a small volume and large cutting width, such as shisha.

Garbuio SD3

The SD3 cutter was developed for use in pilot plants and for research and development.

Garbuio SD5

The SD5 cutter has been designed with a 10-knife drum for a smoother cut.

Garbuio SD EVO 5/6

The SD EVO, the latest cutter in the Garbuio Dickinson cutter generation, combines the best design features of the RC and SD cutters with the latest blade feed technology. A 10-knife drum with independent electronic servo-controlled feed mechanism and automatic diamond feed.

Rotary Lab Cutter

The Rotary Lab Cutter is a compact lab machine designed to cut small batches of tobacco and similar products with a precision comparable to that of large machines. This makes it ideal for the production of small quantities. It has most of the operational features of larger models and ensures consistent results.
